Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy Your session time is reserved specifically for you. Because intuitive and energetic work requires preparation, presence, and dedicated space, the following policy helps honor both your time and mine. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time with no penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule due to an unexpected circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always do my best to meet situations with compassion, though rescheduling is not guaranteed within the 24-hour window. No-Shows Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor other clients. Refunds All sessions are non-refundable once completed, regardless of outcome, content, or personal expectations. Spiritual and intuitive work is deeply personal and experiential; therefore, refunds are not offered based on interpretation, resonance, or perceived results. Energetic Readiness Please book your session only if you feel ready and aligned to receive the information that may come through. If at any time before the session you feel unsure or not ready, I encourage you to reschedule rather than proceed. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
